Overview: Turnkey site development of 16 residential lots including grading, utilities, and surface improvements.
Spotlight: Construction of the retention vault.
Problem: Site development required the exaction of a for water quality/retention vault up to 26 feet deep adjacent to existing residence.
Solution: A soldier pile shoring system was installed utilizing H piles and temporary road sheets that allowed the safe excavation and construction of the water retention vault.
