Site development of a 33-acre tract including mass grade for both phase 1 and phase 2 of the project involving almost 300,000 BCY of cut/fill/export and site utilities, finish grade and surface improvements for phase 1 (43 residential lots). Utilities involved deep sewer over 30’ deep.
